Baselining:
Assessing your Island A and the current reality of your leadership, team performance and cultural context. Concluding with clarity and early integration of what this new information means. Together we stress test observations, beliefs, and behaviours to ensure everyone holds a similar and coherent map the current territory.
Committing:
Determining the Island B you want and what level of commitment you are willing to make. Creating the possibility of different future, which is inspiring, a stretch and believable.

Co-Creating:
You have Your Island A and B. Now to forge the path between the two. This requires collaboration, imagining and involving diverse stakeholders and specialists; including those who hold the opposing view. Then decisions on where, how and when to set off are made.
Taking Action:
We don’t put all the eggs in one basket. Start simple, try and test, adapt and learn then expand and extend. These are complex systems with multiple interactions. We encourage you to be bold and balance that with risk awareness and patience.
Embedding:
When you have a strong sense of what is working, have done enough learning and are ready to spread the change, then we support embedding. Not to be confused with installing. Embedding requires attention, nurturing, patience, and strong commitment. Be prepared to keep learning and changing.
